OUR GREATEST CHALLENGE

In Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) we had an additional challenge, to combine quality with aesthetic architectural finishes under an inflexible time schedule.

Our work successfully passed with honors all the inspections carried out both by top tier third party inspectors and consultants as well as by world famous Architect Renzo Piano himself.

SNFCC is a distinctive sample of our work that includes all the services we provide. We were exclulusive applicators of all SNFCC specialized paint systems.

LEED PLATINUM CERTIFICATION

Our contractual obligations indicated that all paints and coatings applied on site in the interior of the buildings should comply with the VOC limits specified by the following credit criteria:

• Green Seal Standard GS-11
• Green Seal Standard GC-03
• South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule #1113

Waste materials should also be managed according to the project’s Waste Management Plan. SNFCC was
awarded the Platinum Level of LEED Certification, the highest award level of a project may reach.
